Business Unit: Company 3 Position: Client Services Coordinator Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) *Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 CAD hourly
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Head of Production, the Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, managing and coordinating all the daily functions with the role, including but not limited to purchasing and tracking food and inventory, organizing room rentals, prepping production rooms, ensuring client needs are met, and carrying out barista duties as needed.
MAIN DUTIES: The Client Services Coordinator will plan and coordinate all purchases of food and inventory on a weekly basis including working with various vendors. They will maintain relationships with Producers and staff to ensure all clients’ needs are met including, but not limited to, any dietary restrictions, and ensure protocol of the facility is followed (including, but not limited to, signing of NDAs). They will also be responsible for the following:
Track inventory and maintain accurate expense records
Organizing and Maintaining Room Rentals – ensuring accurate records including client billing
Work closely with cleaning staff to ensure facility cleanliness is maintained throughout the day
Responsible for prep of Production rooms within the facility for clients
Prepare refreshments and carry out barista duties as needed, throughout the day
Ensure safety standards are maintained when food is being prepared
Cover reception when needed.
Various administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING: The ideal candidate will have prior food service/catering and hospitality experience, with prior working experience serving in a client services or customer service role. They must be service-oriented, with the ability to exhibit professionalism with high-profile clientele, and have the ability to interact with all levels of an organization up through executive level, maintaining professionalism. Additional desired skills include:
Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and resolve issues with clients and staff quickly
Knowledge of the Film and Television industry an asset
