The Production Operations Coordinator is the point of contact for producers/project managers and internal production personnel for production related workflow, milestone, and deliveries.
They are responsible for managing and tracking production milestones & assets while also scheduling meetings, dailies, and review sessions.
The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated experience in the media/post-production industry. They will have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent typing skills. They will bring a high attention to detail with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve on the fly.
